Open Enrollment Information
Open Enrollment for the 2026 plan year is October 6 - October 31, 2025. Coverage will be effective January 1, 2026.
If you are currently enrolled in the Delta Vision benefit, you will automatically be re-enrolled in the new MetLife vision plan for 2026 and don’t need to take action.
Please note, the MyBenefits site will not be available until the coverage effective date of January 1, 2026.

Active Employees
If you plan on enrolling in the vision plan for 2026, visit the State of Wisconsin – ETF enrollment website to verify eligibility and coverage. Please note, you will not receive a new ID card if you are a new subscriber to a plan.
Local Employees
Local employees should check with your employer to see which vision plans are offered.
New Hires & Current Enrollment Changes
New hires or currently enrolled employees who would like to change your election should visit with your payroll/benefit specialist.
